  Please DO NOT live here! It’s way too over priced for a mediocre apartment that has crappy appliances and overhead lights that hardly work. Management does not care about anything it seems. They say they “will get to you when they get to you”. However, they tend to let themselves in (Even when you’re not home!) when they have to “spray for bugs”. My roommate was home alone in the shower when she came out two men were in the apartment spraying the floors and cabinets! You would think they would be a bit more courteous of your living space because you pay A LOT of money to live there.
  The neighborhood isn’t great. You can hear the people in the apartment next to you like they are in the same room. If your neighbors smoke, you’ll be able to smell it through the vents. Cops are constantly in and out of the neighborhood. We had a man come by really late, around 8:00-8:30 claiming he was from AT&T and was trying to “sell us a package”. He was very adamant about coming into the apartment. We didn’t let him in but we believe he was trying to see what we had so he could come back later to rob us. The last night we were there, we were still moving the last of our things out of the apartment and we were approached by multiple police officers pointing guns at us claiming that they received a call that there was gunshots in the apartment. We were there all day and never heard any shots fired. Neither I or my roommate own a gun.. or have ever shot one for that matter. It was one of the scariest moments of my life.
  They also want to charge you for damages that weren’t there. Im sure my security deposit went straight into someone’s pocket.. I will not live here again and I will see to it that no one I know will rent from them either.
